Course Overview

Whatever anyone say change is constant, uncertain, and brings a certain amount of fear. As a CFO, it is your responsibility not just to ensure the smooth business and continued operations, but to keep the business in such an order that it can accept possible changes expected and still continue to outperform expectations.

Simply speaking, a discussion of how organizations can move through the change transition process successfully, with employee engagement managed through the cycles of denial, fear, frustration, and then celebration is required.

In this webinar, we are going to look at change from all perspectives. From what sorts of corporate initiatives require careful consideration of change management principles, to the challenges of implementing change. This webinar will look at change from the perspective of the employee, after all, it's they for whom we need to change for the organization to be successful. And we develop an approach to enable that to happen successfully. Finally, we will look at way that organizations are adapting to continuous change by changing aspects of their organizational structure.

Key Topics included in the webinar:

  • The barriers to transformational change
  • Change from the employee’s perspective
