In this 50 minute course, you will learn the importance and 'how-to' of assessing your audience. You will be given bespeak's audience assessment tool and we will go over each of the questions, why each one is important and how each impacts your presentation as far as content and/or delivery. who to approach for answers to assessment questions and thoughts about adding your own questions will also be covered.

  • To receive CPE credit for the event, you must register for the webcast prior to the start of each program.
