Joanne works with local, regional, national, and international nonprofits, helping them increase their revenues and realize continuous net surpluses. She has held positions from volunteer to executive director, working in both small and large organizations. She has experience in a variety of fields including the arts, at-risk youth, child welfare, disabilities, early childhood education, maternal and child health, mental health, parent education, public health, rape prevention, suicide prevention, supportive housing, and youth development.
