CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR DELAWARE CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS (CPA)

Delaware (DE) CPA CPE Requirement Overview

CPE Requirements
80 hours every 2 years, 20 hours per year
License Renewal Period
June 30th, odd years
CPE Reporting Cycle
7/1 - 6/30 biennially on odd years
Ethics Requirement
Four (4) credit hours every 2 years in a Delaware-specific ethics course approved by the board.
Subject Area Restriction
None (Delaware CPA can earn CPE Credits from NASBA Approved CPE Providers as long as it directly relates to the professional competence of the person)


Delaware CPA requires 80 hours of CPE to be completed in every reporting period, July 1st through June 30th, and must be reported to the Board by June 30th, in odd years as part of the renewal process.
