Applicants for license renewal or reinstatement shall provide a certification of compliance with the license requirements, under Business Occupations and Professions an appropriate form specified by the Board. You should keep your copies in case the board performs an audit of your CPE, you will be responsible for submitting copies of your certificates of completion and/or verification of courses at the time of the audit. You must retain your documentation for at least four (4) years from the date the program was completed.

You are in non-compliance if you do not complete at least 80 hours of acceptable CPE by end of reporting cycle and failure to meet the CPE requirements for renewal during the renewal period may result in disciplinary action and the license will lapse.
