A licensee must report CPE credit hours on the Board prescribed reporting form and by the required due date of August 1 even if the number reported is zero. A blank reporting form will be interpreted as zero CPE credit hours. You will be responsible for submitting copies of your certificates of completion and/or verification of courses at the time of the audit. You must retain your documentation for at least five (5) years after the end of the applicable one year and the triennial compliance period.
