I found the training to be informative and valuable, and I appreciate the effort that went into creating the content. Here are some specific aspects that stood out to me. The training content was well-structured and easy to follow. The step-by-step breakdown of the 1099 filing process in QBO was clear and concise, making it easier to understand and apply the concepts. The inclusion of screenshots and images helped me visualize each step of the process. This visual guidance was instrumental in understanding the interface and navigation within QBO.

I wasn't able to find the class documents to download in the self-study version. Overall she is a wonderful and informative presenter.
