Course Description

Most companies are operating in a global environment. Many, though, are still managing payroll in a very decentralized way, with different systems, vendors, and processes around the globe. This can result in numerous challenges, including inconsistent services and employee experiences, inability to gather and report on consolidated information, and opportunities for compliance issues and penalties.

Compliantly managing global payroll can be a tedious feat—but it doesn’t have to be. If your company has a different payroll provider in each country of operation, or if you're simply looking to expand your business quickly and efficiently while maintaining cross-border compliance, it might be time to consider streamlining your payroll process.
