Influencing is something we do every day and is particularly important in our professional lives as we seek to ensure our work impacts the organization positively.

In the “Influencing Skills” webinar, we look at the components of influence and how you can develop them to improve your influencing skills. We also examine how you can use your personality type to influence others more effectively. The webinar also includes tools you can use to further develop your influencing skills.

The Influencing Skills webinar will help you improve your ability to influence others and to use that influence to create more successful outcomes in your work and career.

During this free online CPE webinar the author will discuss ways of making yourself heard with some useful tools and techniques for helping others to hear your message. He will cover some key techniques for influencing including active listening and appreciative inquiry. Leading on from influencing he will explore similarities between the techniques for effective influencing and those for a successful negotiation and use an example to highlight some pitfalls along with tips for a successful and effective outcome that is acceptable to all.
