Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

From an Employer's Perspective
Reviewed
The face-to-face interview is the most important step in the hiring process. Many employers are not aware of the responsibility of the task. Personal interviews and employment applications are the most frequently used tools for selecting the best-qualified candidates for employment.
Hiring a talented and hard-working employee is a vital part of running a successful business. But it’s not always easy – nor is it risk-free. Make one wrong move, and a job seeker could sue your company for discriminatory or unfair hiring practices. In this climate of heightened attention and regulatory enforcement, you can’t afford to cut corners when hiring. Strict compliance with employment laws comes into play at nearly every stage – from writing a job description and placing an ad to interviewing and screening applicants.
It is important to keep in mind when designing interview questions—and throughout all your interactions with job candidates—that you aim to find a qualified person to fill a position. Employment and civil rights laws protect job-seekers from being excluded because of factors unrelated to their qualifications.
Hiring new talent can be complicated and exhausting. While you’re conducting interviews and assessing each candidate’s merits, applicants are also evaluating you and your company. The hiring process is more complex than choosing the right person for the job. You must attract and secure the best candidates whose values align with your company’s mission and principles.
This CPE course will help every employer understand everything about Interviewing Do’s and Don’ts.

One of the best webinars I've seen. Was well informed, but I found too many things I was guilty of doing.
