Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

The Family Medical Leave Act the Americans with Disabilities Amendment Act, and Workers' Compensation are often called the Bermuda Triangle of Employment Law. These three laws often conflict and leave Human Resources Professionals scratching their heads and wondering how to deal with the maze of regulations. We call it a Triple Whammy, as such cases are very complicated to understand and deal with correctly.
The Triple Whammy of Dealing with FMLA, ADAAA, and Workers' Compensation is an absolute must for all supervisors as well as human resources staff.
Violations of these laws can result in back pay, front pay, and liquidated damages, often, resulting in multi-million dollar judgments against the company. Since we live in a very litigious world, and plaintiff attorneys are looking to pounce on the mistakes the employers make, you MUST know the rights and responsibilities of both the employer and the employee to keep you and your company out of court. Ignorance is not a defense, AND supervisors and managers have been held personally liable for violations of FMLA. Conflicts between these laws add to the complexity of trying to comply.
This online continuing education Business Law course will help the attendees understand the interplay of these laws to ensure compliance with the rules and regulations. HR professionals must help protect the company from potentially expensive lawsuits and settlements.
