Ms. Louis offered a very cogent narrative on the use of SPAC's that I have never considered. Fraud seems to find a way of worming into anything that is focused on trust. Violation of trust is the seemingly greatest opportunity for theft or unjust enrichment. Great seminar. Thank you

Good class. Brings us into the most current of issues, real time. This class could easily be expanded to 2-3 hours, qualifying for "fraud" cpe for CPA's. Right now, its only 1 hour.
