There was so much good stuff in this webinar, I had a hard time absorbing all of it in two hours. There are two viewpoints from a workplace point of view: organizational and relationship. I think you could reorganize this presentation into two webinars, one focusing on organizational Ethics of Care and one regarding relationships within the workplace. You spoke about aligning organizational values and goals with organization performance standards. Most organizations do not do that. These standards should be aligned up and down the organization chart from the lowest level employee through the CEO, tying all to organization values and goals. Having good work relationships are critical to the success of any organization. I believe today's prevalence of working remotely is having a dramatic impact on work relationships: between team members and between manager and employee. How do organizations build effective and ethical relationships in today's working remotely environment? I think you touched only the visible part of the iceberg. That is why I think if you reorganized this excellent webinar, the webinars could be much more effective and relevant. Thank you Robbie for your excellent webinar.
