You hereby acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You further agree that this is the complete and exclusive agreement between us, and this Agreement supersedes any proposal or prior agreement, whether oral or written and any other communication between us relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
By participating in the MY-CPE Influencer, Referral-Affiliate Program ("the Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Eligibility: The Program is open to individuals and companies who meet the requirements set by MY-CPE . Participants must be at least 18 years old or of legal age in their jurisdiction.
Commission and Payments: Participants will earn a commission of 10% on each subscription generated through their unique affiliate link. Commissions will be paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold determined by MY-CPE. Payments will be made via the selected payment method provided during registration.
Refund: Incase of refund initiated by the subscriber under any circumstances, the commission for that subscriber will either be not paid or in event of after the commission is paid it will taken up in the next payment cycle (less from the current month count).
Promotion Guidelines: Participants agree to promote MY-CPE and its services in a professional and ethical manner. Any misleading or deceptive promotion methods are strictly prohibited. Participants are responsible for ensuring that their promotional activities comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Intellectual Property: Participants acknowledge that all intellectual property rights, including trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets, related to MY-CPE and its services are owned by MY-CPE. Participants are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use MY-CPE's promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting MY-CPE and the Program.
Confidentiality: Participants agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared by MY-CPE, including but not limited to customer data, pricing information, and marketing strategies. Participants shall not disclose such information to any third party without the prior written consent of MY-CPE.
Termination: MY-CPE reserves the right to terminate the participation of any participant in the Program at its sole discretion, without prior notice, if the participant violates any of the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Limitation of Liability: MY-CPE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the Program, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
Modification of Terms: MY-CPE reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Participants are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions for any changes.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MY-CPE is headquartered.
Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the participant and MY-CPE regarding the Program and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
