By accessing the course and using our platform, you agree to our refunds policy under terms and conditions.
We want to ensure that our users are satisfied with the services provided by our platform. In the unlikely event that a user is not satisfied, we have established the following refund policy
Users are eligible for a refund for the following reasons
If they have paid for a course on our platform and have experienced technical issues that could not be resolved by our support team.
If we receive payment more than once owing to a technical error at the time of purchase, the additional amount collected would be eligible for a refund.
In the case where refunds are approved, MY-CPE shall have the right to deduct the transactional charges of $40.00 and make the balance payment to the users.
Refunds will be considered within 30 days of the purchase date.

The refund request should include the following information:
Any supporting documentation that would assist in the evaluation of the request.
Our support team will evaluate the refund request and determine its eligibility. If the refund request is approved, our team will process the refund and notify the user via email. Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the purchase and refund will never exceed the actual payment collected.
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
The quality or presentation of the content is not good as MY-CPE is a technology platform that connects educators and learners, MY-CPE specifically doesn’t take responsibility for any of the content provided by the educator or presenter,
And such other minor issues don’t directly affect the significant functionalities provided under the course. Therefore, please carefully read the terms and conditions on the website before purchasing a Exam Prep Course. Refunds will not be granted if the user has requested a refund beyond the 30-day timeframe.
We reserve the right to update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to users via email or through a notification on our platform.

Qualifying refunds will be processed within seven (7) business days of request for refund. If the original payment was not made by credit card (e.g. made by check or wire), the refund may take more than seven days to process. A requester will be notified as quickly as commercially practicable if his or her request for refund does not qualify or fall under MY-CPE refund policy.
This refund policy may change from time to time. All changes to the policy will be posted to the website and are effective as of posting.
