Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

The phrase “getting the right people, in the right place, with the right skills, at the right time, and at the right cost” is synonymous with the most common type of long-term forecasting: strategic workforce planning.
The methodology, in which HR and their business partners forecast – in time horizons ranging from 3-10 years – the demand for, and supply of, labor has been deployed extremely successfully in sectors ranging from oil & gas to government and healthcare.
Unquestionably, the global pandemic and humanitarian crisis we are experiencing are challenging our conventional wisdom about the world of work. 2022 will be marked by a new normal – virtual work becoming the rule, confounding gaps between high unemployment and a scarcity of qualified talent, decreased job-switching, and heightened awareness of bias and employment discrimination.
Virtual work drives greater digitalization and compartmentalized workflows and creates new opportunities to use distributed workforce models. Among fully remote employees, 48% display high discretionary effort versus 35% who are never remote, and 41% make a high enterprise contribution (vs. 24%).
The focus of workforce planning becomes where, when, and how to secure and move talent and skills to critical workflows — drawing on talent inside and outside the organization. Those organizations that succeed essentially create new capacity by making talent more productive.
This PDC/RCH webinar will help you to understand everything about strategic workforce planning post-pandemic.
