You have worked hard for your business and created your dream.
Have you considered what happens when you desire not to continue to work?
Have you ever considered your exit strategy?
Retirement may seem like a distant reality, but many small business owners wait until it's too late to successfully transfer their company to the next generation. Succession planning is a process that involves much more than just transfer of ownership, and it only becomes more complicated when you add family dynamics to the mix.
Only 50 percent of business owners have a written succession plan in place. Worse yet, there are some that might even be in line such as a son, daughter friend or spouse and they do not even know they are considered.
Join Mr. Drew Stevens in this online CPE course to learn why so many family businesses fail when it’s time to transfer operations, and what you can do to create a succession plan that works.
The online Finance CPE webinar covers the following key topics:

Drew is obviously a caring person and I suspect has a high EQ and people skills, but he does not have a high IQ. His slides are often grammatically incorrect, and his speech is always grammatically incorrect. And this 1 hour session actually imparted zero information beyond what any thinking person could intuit. He obviously has credentials that likely convinced MyCPE to hire him, but his ability to speak intelligently is extremely lacking.
