Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

SECURE ACT IS NOW LAW. EVERYONE NEEDS TO RECONSIDER EVERYTHING!
At last, Congress has passed the SECURE (Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement) Act. Which originally passed the House in July, was approved by the Senate on Dec.19, 2019, as part of an end-of-year appropriations act and accompanying tax measure, and signed into law on December 20 by President Donald Trump. The far-reaching bill includes significant provisions aimed at increasing access to tax-advantaged accounts and preventing older Americans from outliving their assets. The main points of the Secure Act affect retirement plans for small businesses and taxpayers’ payout requirements from their retirement plans. This new legislation contains significant changes relating to IRAs and employer plans as well as some important income tax changes. Every tax professional dealing with required minimum distributions, estate planning, and setting up retirement plans for small businesses, as well as those about to prepare tax returns for 2019, needs to understand this new legislation and its implications.
After much delay and anticipation, the SECURE Act was enacted as a part of the spending bill. The legislation includes many changes to retirement plans, however, the most significant change for our estate planning clients is the elimination of the “stretch” IRA in favor of the “10-year rule.” This change will decrease wealth transfer and require estate plan updates. The effective date was 1/1/2020.
This webinar will explain and detail the SECURE Act and meet two specific objectives: 1) to act as a supplement to the Federal Tax update and 2) to teach practitioners how to use and implement these changes in a client’s overall financial and estate plan. The categories discussed in this course, changes to retirement and 529 plans, extender legislation, and changes to the Affordable Care Act, will all serve as aids in providing thorough and comprehensive financial planning for clientele.
This Online Continuing Education webinar on Taxes will cover the following Key Topics:
This Online CPE/CE webinar on Taxes will provide you with a history of this legislation, a summary of its main provisions, and planning ideas for clients affected by the act.

Very good slides and very well presented. But none of the material had been updated for some time, so it is up to the student to seek out other sources and correct the handout accordingly.
