The Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a certification credential for payroll beginners and service and support professionals in positions requiring payroll knowledge. It is open to all those who wish to demonstrate a baseline of payroll competency.
FPC professional RCH Requirement Overview:
60 RCHs in 3 years.
No mandatory Ethics requirement.
100% in Self-Study.
Reporting Cycle - Jan 1 of the year after recertification to Dec 31 of the third year after recertification.
No carry forward allowed.
Courses must be from PayrollOrg (PAYO)-approved Providers.
