Course Description

Welcome to "HR Talk: Unpacking Trends and Talent Innovations," a podcast series tailored exclusively for HR professionals. The HR landscape is ever-evolving, influenced by new technologies, changing regulations, and societal dynamics. Staying well-informed about these trends is not just an option; it's a strategic imperative for HR practitioners and specialists.

In our second episode, we explore innovative perspectives on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with leading experts. Dr. William J. Rothwell and Dr. Jamie Campbell provide valuable insights into implementing DEI initiatives, emphasizing the systematic use of Organization Development (OD) principles and the importance of fostering a sense of belonging in the workplace.

We uncover the valuable role of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in offering diverse perspectives and driving innovative ideas and solutions. Listening to ERGs helps leaders better understand employee challenges, leading to tailored support.

Furthermore, we discuss the paramount importance of prioritizing DEI&B for workforce well-being and productivity. The democratic approach of Organization Development (OD) ensures all voices are heard in DEI&B programs. Despite significant investments in D&I training by U.S. businesses, employees still experience isolation at work. We explore potential solutions to bridge this gap and enhance the impact of these investments.

Join our PDC/RCH monthly HR Podcast series, designed to facilitate continuous learning and empower practitioners to remain up-to-date with the latest developments. This platform is your gateway to unpacking trends and talent innovations, providing valuable insights that will shape the future of HR practices and foster a more inclusive and dynamic workplace.
