Steven was knowledgeable and thorough in his information about the product and what is offered. He was empathetic to my situation. He went above and beyond answering all of my many questions. Excellent service!
Great service and very patient as I asked several questions. Steven answered all my questions and helped me make the right decision in my subscription purchase. Thank you.
It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.
Great customer service. Classes are pertinent. Great value

Workplaces with a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability thrive- but how do you get there?
Accountability in the workplace means that all employees are responsible for their actions, behaviors, performance, and decisions. It’s also linked to an increase in commitment to work and employee morale, which leads to higher performance. However, accountability is lacking in many workplaces.
Accountability is about ownership and initiative.
This means that when an employee says they will do something, they follow through and get it done. It’s recognizing that other team members are dependent on the results of your work. It’s about open, proactive communication to keep team members informed of the status of your commitments because it has a direct impact on their ability to achieve their commitments.
Make no mistake – accountability is hard work and requires a tremendous amount of consistency and follow-through from both leadership and employees. The challenges and barriers are real and, for most, difficult to overcome. But that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth the effort.
You have to be creative and innovative when it comes to affecting human behavior. Even in the toughest of economic times, there are endless possibilities.
In this CPE course on human resources, the speaker will stimulate the most effective ways of ensuring and supporting individuals’ accountability, reveal the many measurable benefits to the company and its impact on competitive advantage.
With the help of this CPE webinar, you’ll discover a creative and unique method to design collaborative accountability strategies for teams at your workplace.

The webinar just felt very dry and did not do a great job keeping my attention or providing engaging stories that could help people relate effectively to the content. I believe the presenter is intelligent and knew the content thoroughly but it could've been conveyed better. The pop quiz questions to make sure you were paying attention were more of "gotcha" questions instead of making sure you understood the material being discussed.
