Jason was born and raised in Iowa and has a degree in corporate communications from Simpson College in Indianola. He has a big family that includes his wife, two sons, 5 cats and 3 dogs. Jason holds season tickets to University of Iowa football, and enjoys using his chainsaw. Topmost item in his 2022 bucket list is to learn how to properly ‘nose & taste’ whisky.

Munshi founded Azstec and his CPA firm was instrumental in designing and testing of Azstec’s docNCRYPT encryption and also providing IT Security advisory to many small and mid -size accounting Firms. Munshi is highly experienced in M&A, sales and acquisitions of businesses, strategic planning and transaction structuring. He has acted as CFO for client companies as well as managing companies he created. Munshi has a BA in Finance and Accounting from University of East London.

This was a very relevant tax webinar that addressed all questions about the Employee Retention Credit. It was well worth my time and the instructor was excellent! This is the only webinar you will need to take on ERC, all the nuts and bolts

The presenter did a fantastic job of explaining a complex topic clearly. I liked the expanded time format that allowed for questions throughout the webinar and for the information to presented at a pace that was easier to digest.
