Many believe that estate planning is all about wills, trusts, death and dying. The goal of estate planning is to actually prepare for your retirement either if you have your own business and need an exit strategy or you are employed and you eventually need to provide for your family.
The objective is to plan for the future when you are healthy, can make sound decisions and so that you can justify how to create more liquidity as your clients age, lead a decent lifestyle and create the longevity and legacy they desire. There is much at stake and rather than just tools, there are the relationships that matter. Journey with Drew Stevens to understand what is in the mind of the client and how you can help them make an easier decision.
This CE Estate planning webinar will cover the following Key Topics:

This webinar was a huge disappointment. I have been in the estate planning world for over 30 years. The instructor was grossly incorrect in some of the things he said or implied (i.e. "the state will put your kids in foster care if you don't have a guardian named in your Will"; You need a Will to plan for if you become incapacitated"). This guy needs to go back to school! Sorely disappointed in the class. The topic intrigued me. There were very obvious undertones of him planning to sell some sort of investment/insurance product to "create liquidity" for your retirement. Not at all on point and a clear agenda.
