It is what it advertised to be. Professional quality training and CPE tracking and certificates; systems knows AZ CPA CPE requirements and categories. I've needed help on several occasions and the assistance was quick and effective; however, there were some problems with data entry. The assistance sometimes asks for input, but when I try to type it is dissallowed for some reason. On several occasions I had to close the popup to get it out of my way.

Fortunately, the IRS allows qualified taxpayers to repay their debts through an IRS Installment Agreement.
An IRS tax installment agreement is a payment plan or agreement between you and the Internal Revenue Service. If you are unable to pay your debt to the revenue authority in its entirety, there are cases where the IRS will let you break down the debt into installments paid over time. You are obligated to pay your tax debt within a specified period, usually five to six years- sometimes even up to ten years. The period is determined by the severity of your case and your ability to pay the tax debt.

The course and instructor were great. This is not relevant to my duties as an AFSP tax preparer, but it was a required course as part of the 18-CE packet. It would be nice to have at least 1-2 other options of course available so I could choose which courses best fit my needs. myCPE could then limit the number of courses the student can choose to get their 18 credits.
