30 RCH Package for CPP Professionals

Overview

The Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a certification credential for experienced payroll professionals. To qualify for CPP certification, candidates at a minimum must have three years of payroll practice in the five years prior to taking the exam.

Certified Payroll Professionals (CPP) have the following RCH requirements as per the PayrollOrg (PAYO):

120 RCHs during the 5-year recertification period.
There is no minimum Ethics requirement for Certified Payroll Professional.
The entire requirement of 120 RCHs can be completed through self-study courses.
The RCH Reporting Cycle for CPP professionals is on January 1 of the year following recertification and ends on December 31 of the fifth year following recertification.
PayrollOrg (PAYO) does not allow Certified Payroll Professionals to carry excess RCH credits over from the previous reporting cycle.
