Edi had many tips that I knew, but she organized them into summary charts that brought the total concept together. Nice to hear these insider points. There is a slight echo/reverb/sound bouncing in her computer/mic that makes her words difficult to understand. Plus she gets excited and talks fast, lol. But, it is good that she is passionate about the subject matter!
