Course Description

Do your shoulders instantly tense up with the thought of the hustle and bustle of the holiday season?

Does your heart skip a beat when you think about spending the entire day with your extended family during the most wonderful time of the year?

Does the thought of a revolving balance on your credit card from overspending keep you up at night?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you’re not alone. Money and family responsibilities are some of the top sources of stress in the holiday season.

We all know that the holidays can be overwhelming... but they don't have to be.

This year, decide to do something different. Give yourself the gift of, peace, and ease this holiday season.

There are many simple ways to deal with holiday stress, but first, you need to understand your stress triggers. Do certain situations cause you to feel stressed? When you feel stressed, pause and think about what’s causing it.

Join this CPE course of Lauren Baptiste, CEO of Acheloa Wellness, and Burnout Coach, as we discuss holiday stress, its impact, and how to change the pattern this year.

This course is not useful. This is assuming holiday stress is all about “partying”. People are stressed during holidays for a variety of reasons. If this course is not going to explore the many different reasons and how to manage them, I would recommend changing the title to reflect the particular reason for stress. For example, I am stressed because of all the Christmas shopping, how does this help me?? Not at all!
