Course Description

Tax fraud occurs when an individual or business entity willfully and intentionally falsifies information on a tax return to limit the amount of tax liability. Tax fraud essentially entails cheating on a tax return in an attempt to avoid paying the entire tax obligation. Examples of tax fraud include claiming false deductions; claiming personal expenses as business expenses; using a false Social Security number; and not reporting income. Tax evasion, or illegally avoiding payment of taxes owed, may also be construed as an example of tax fraud.

The material and the instructor were great. I felt like the instructor was super knowledgeable and provided a lot of examples and real life experiences. However, the audio was terrible and many times you couldn't understand what he was saying.

The information presented are great; however, the sound quality is terrible. It is very distracting and significantly takes away from the presentation. Also, a couple of the questions are worded or coded incorrectly. If the presentation would be re-recorded and the technical issues with the questions would be corrected, this course could easily receive a 5 star rating. The presenter gave a lot of great examples and easy to listen to when the sound quality made him understandable.
