It seems like hardly a week goes by without some major company announcing that they’ve suffered a security breach, and this time it’s PayPal, one of the world’s most popular online payment platforms.
A credential stuffing assault that gave threat actors access to the personal and financial data of around 35,000 PayPal users. These attacks involve hackers attempting to access an account by using usernames and passwords gleaned from a previous third-party hack. The incident took place between December 6 and December 8, 2022, according to PayPal.
This CPE Nano learning course by David Utzke will explain how PayPal accounts were breached, how hackers accessed the account holder's details, and discuss ways to prevent these bots.
At this time, Nano-learning is not accepted by all state boards. If you are not sure whether your state board accepts Nano-learning, you can ask your state board or visit the NASBA registry.
