The Trump Organization, the family real estate business that made Donald J. Trump a billionaire and propelled him from reality television to the White House, was convicted on Tuesday of tax fraud and other crimes, forever tarring the former president and the company that bears his name.
A Manhattan jury has found The Trump Organization; Trump Corp. and Trump Payroll Corp guilty on multiple charges of criminal tax fraud and falsifying business records connected to a 15-year scheme to defraud tax authorities by failing to report and pay taxes on compensation for top executives.
In this CPE Nano learning course, speaker Marc J. Dombrowski will explain the whole verdict, how the organization gave benefits to its employees, and not declaring the same in Form W-2, executives did not pay any tax on income, Medicare, or social security.
At this time, Nano-learning is not accepted by all state boards. If you are not sure whether your state board accepts Nano-learning, you can ask your state board or visit the NASBA registry.
