40 RCH Package for FPC Professionals

Overview

The Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a certification credential for payroll beginners and service and support professionals in positions requiring payroll knowledge. It is open to all those who wish to demonstrate a baseline of payroll competency.

FPC professionals have the following RCH requirements as per the PayrollOrg (PAYO):

60 RCHs during the 3-year recertification period.
There is no minimum Ethics requirement for FPC designation holders.
The entire requirement of 60 RCHs can be completed through self-study courses.
The RCH Reporting Cycle for FPC professionals is on January 1 of the year following recertification and ends on December 31 of the third year following recertification.
PayrollOrg (PAYO) does not allow Fundamental Payroll Certification to carry excess RCH credits over from the previous reporting cycle.
