Reporting Period :

  • FPC - The RCH Reporting Cycle for FPC professionals is January 1 of the year following recertification and ends on December 31 of the third year following recertification.
  • CPP - The RCH Reporting Cycle for CPP professionals is January 1 of the year following recertification and ends on December 31 of the fifth year following recertification.

RCH Requirements :

  • FPC - 60 RCHs during the 3-year recertification period.
  • CPP - 120 RCHs during the 5-year recertification period.

Ethics Requirements :

  • FPC - There is no minimum Ethics requirement for FPC designation holders.
  • CPP - There is no minimum Ethics requirement for Certified Payroll Professional.

Carry Over Credits :

  • FPC – PayrollOrg (PAYO) does not allow Fundamental Payroll Certification to carry excess RCH credits over from the previous reporting cycle.
  • CPP –PayrollOrg (PAYO) does not allow Certified Payroll Professionals to carry excess RCH credits over from the next reporting cycle.
